Tamsin Regnes

Tamsin spent over 25 years working in the NHS, initially clinically as a Hospital Pharmacist before moving into educational roles including training pharmacy undergraduates at King's College London. Her most recent role was as a Manager at a Regional Education and Training Team for NHS Hospital Pharmacy staff.

Passionate about helping people increase their self-awareness, as well as appreciating differences in others, she runs fun, interactive workshops to help teams work better together, by improving team dynamics and communication.
Tamsin is certified to deliver The Myers-Briggs and TypeCoach frameworks to support organisations develop a culture where cognitive diversity is celebrated.
