Ella Barrington

Ella Barrington (she/her). I am an award-winning business, project and operations director, who carved my career in the ambitious world of motorsport. I began consulting in 2016 to bring the fundamental things I’ve learnt in motorsport to businesses like yours.

I spend my time as a consultant and contractor specialising in commercial project management making things happen on time and budget. An advocate for diversity and inclusion in STEM, I am also an active volunteer and engaging speaker for hire.

I gained a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Leeds, and a Masters of Science in Racing Engine Design at Oxford Brookes University. I have since joined the School of Technology at OBU as an Associate Lecturer. I'm also a qualified PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner.
